BISHOP, his heirs, legatees and personal representatives and his, their or one of their successors in dr oit, title and interest YOU ARE HEREBY INVITED and required to serve on Giannascoli & Thomas, PC, whose address is 3000 Atrium Way, Suite 200, Mount Laurel, New Jersey 08054, a response to the complaint and the complaint amended (if applicable), filed in a civil action in which Early Out Investment is the plaintiff and William S. Mitchell et al, are defendants, pending in New Jersey Superior Court, Chancellery Division, Cape County May, with file number F. 001092-21, in thirty-five (35) days after June 29, 2021 excluding this date. If you fail to do so, a default judgment may be issued against you for the remedies requested in the complaint and the amended complaint (if applicable). You must file your response and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, PO Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the rules of civil practice and procedure. This action was brought for the purpose of foreclosing a Tax Sale Certificate No. 18-00003, dated October 16, 2018, prepared by Terence Graff, City of Ocean City, New Jersey Tax Collector for Early Out Investment and recorded in the Cape May County Clerk’s Office on January 2, 2019 in Mortgage Book M6031 on page 2017; to recover possession of real estate located at 610 Simpson Avenue, Tax Lot 9, Block 608, Ocean City, New Jersey. You, William S. Mitchell, are hereby named as the defendant because you are the owner of the foreclosed premises file. William S. Mitchell is believed to be deceased and, if he is deceased, his legal heirs could not be determined. As a precautionary measure, the plaintiff joins to his action, William S. Mitchell, his heirs, legatees and personal representatives and his, their or one of their beneficiaries, title and interest for any interest they may have in the foreclosed premises. You, Kathryn E. Mitchell, Known Heiress, are named as Defendant herein because Kathryn E. Mitchell is believed to be the daughter of William S. Conquest, his heirs, legatees and personal representatives and his or her or any of their successors in law, title and interest; You, Florence E. Mitchell, her heirs, legatees and personal representatives and she, their successors in law, title and interest; and you, Sarah C. Conquest, her heirs, legatees and personal representatives of her, their or one of their successors in law, title and interest are all the defendants named here because you are the known heirs of the former owner of the property, Elizabeth The conquest and any interest you may have in the property have not been properly extinguished. You, Carroll A. Bishop, his heirs, legatees and personal representatives and his, their or one of his successors in law, title and interest are hereby named as defendants by reason of three Fiscal Sale Certificates (# 1991-8, # 1992-10 and # 1994-9) Carroll A. Bishop was detained at the premises in question under foreclosure. Carroll A. Bishop is deceased and as a precaution the plaintiff has joined his heirs, legatees and personal representatives and his, their or one of his successors in law, title and interest for any interest they may have in the premises subject to foreclosure.
