CIT Provides $ 6.3 Million in Funding to Diamond Communications LLC


NEW YORK, December 15, 2021 / PRNewswire / – CIT Group Inc. (NYSE: CIT) today announced that its Middle Market Banking business has provided $ 6.3 million to refinance the headquarters buildings of Diamond Communications LLC.

Diamond Communications is one of the largest privately held wireless infrastructure companies in the United States, managing more than 290,000 properties and structures across the country. CIT’s refinancing consists of term loans for office buildings at Springfield, New Jersey, and in Delray Beach, Florida.
